Our marital relationship is not going well; he lacks nothing from my side except that he has become accustomed to illicit relationships, despite claiming that diabetes is the reason. Is this considered abandonment in Sharia? Am I at fault for this? Can I request a divorce, or should I be patient for the sake of my children?

A lady passed away and has a daughter and parents; only her parents inherited her. In another case, a man passed away and everyone inherited him, including his parents, brothers, and sisters.
