Marital Relations Before Paying the Expiation for an Oath
A husband has an expiation for an oath that he has not paid, is it permissible for him to have relations with his wife?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: intercourse is permissible, and he remains liable for the expiation of the oath until he pays it, and God knows best.
