Reaching the Truth through Unlawful Means
Someone says: A phone company scammed him for 700 lira, and he wants to file a complaint against them if his phone is stolen so that they will give him a replacement worth the money they scammed him out of, and he asks if what he claims is permissible or forbidden, knowing that his phone was not stolen?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is not permissible for him to falsely accuse them of what he said about stealing the phone, and God knows best.
