I have saved an amount of 3000 dinars for Hajj until my turn comes, do I have to pay zakat on this amount, and what is its value?

I live in Canada with my husband and children, and my husband is the only one who works. 'We bought a house for which we are paying installments and three cars due to the cold in Canada, all of which we are paying installments for.' Before we traveled, we owned two plots of land in Jordan, one intended for building a house on it in the future and living in it when we grow old, and the second one could be sold if its price increases. I have gold jewelry worth approximately (5000) dinars, and I do not work, and I wear some of it on occasions. My husband's salary goes entirely to expenses and installments, so what is required of me in terms of Zakat?
