Is zakat obligatory on the wealth of a non-distinguished minor or a small orphan?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Zakat is not obligatory on the wealth of a minor or an orphan; because zakat is an act of worship and they are not obligated to perform acts of worship. And God knows best.
