I say, and with God's help: Insulting the Divine Self - may God protect us - is considered disbelief in God, and the disbeliever's worship is not valid, thus their fast is invalidated by their disbelief. They must repent to God Almighty and re-enter Islam, and observe the rest of the day as a sign of respect for the month, then make it up later. And God knows best.
