What is the ruling on donating organs to non-Muslims?

Is eating with chopsticks, like in East Asia, considered haram as a form of experience? I know that their use of wooden chopsticks stems from their Buddhist religion, as they use them because forks and knives are sharp tools that date back to when they were at war?
