Is there a sin in leaving gray hair as it is?

A person borrowed 5000 dinars from his uncle and has been demanding it for a year. The uncle opened an oil project, so the person went and bought from him for 1000 dinars, and informed him to deduct this 1000 from the 5000 debt. What is the ruling?
