Ruling on Repaying Debt to a Missing Creditor
A Muslim borrowed money from a Christian 30 years ago, and now he wants to repay this debt but does not know where this man lives and does not know his relatives. He has been unable to reach him due to the war in Syria and the migration of people from there. What should he do?
