Depositing Money in a Usurious Bank Due to Lack of Islamic Banks
A woman living alone with her son in the West Bank deposited her money in a usurious bank due to the lack of Islamic banks. She has passed away, and now her daughter is unable to withdraw this money due to inheritance issues. Is the mother sinful for her action, and are her children also sinful for having the money in the bank?

I say, and with God's help: One does not sin by depositing their money in a usurious bank due to the absence of Islamic banks, but all usurious profits must be given as charity, and it is not permissible for them to benefit from it. And God knows best.
