I say, with Allah's guidance: First: The preferred time for the Fajr prayer: It is recommended to start it at dawn, and dawn is when the light of the morning is fully illuminated, allowing one to recite forty verses or more, then repeat the prayer if it appears that the ablution was invalid. Dawn is preferred in both travel and residence, in summer and winter, except on the day of Muzdalifah, where it is better to pray early. Second: The preferred time for the Dhuhr prayer: It is recommended to delay the Dhuhr prayer in summer and hasten it in winter. Third: The preferred time for the Asr prayer: If the sky is clear: it is recommended to delay the Asr prayer until the sun changes – that is, when it turns yellow and weakens so that the eye can face it. But if the sky is cloudy: it is recommended to hasten the Asr prayer; because delaying it may lead to it being performed in the disliked time. Fourth: The preferred time for the Maghrib prayer: It is recommended to hasten it, unless the sky is cloudy, in which case it should be delayed to avoid performing it before its time. Fifth: The preferred time for the Isha prayer: If the sky is clear: it is recommended to delay the Isha prayer until a third of the night. If the sky is cloudy: it is recommended to hasten the Isha prayer; because delaying it reduces the congregation considering the rain. Sixth: The preferred time for the Witr prayer: It is recommended to delay the Witr prayer until the end of the Isha time for those who are confident of waking up, so it can be the conclusion of the night prayer.
