Obligatory Prayer Times

Question
What are the times for the obligatory prayers?
Answer

I say with Allah's guidance: First: The time for Fajr prayer: begins from the appearance of the widespread dawn in the horizon - called the true dawn - until sunrise. There are two dawns: false - called by the Arabs the tail of the wolf - which is the whiteness that appears in the sky lengthwise followed by darkness, and true dawn: which is the whiteness spread in the horizon. Second: The time for Dhuhr prayer: begins from the decline of the sun until the shadow of everything becomes twice its length, excluding the zenith shadow - which is the shadow present when the sun is at its zenith. Third: The time for Asr prayer: begins from the end of Dhuhr time until the sun sets. The sunset is considered when the sun's disk disappears, which is evident in the desert. As for in buildings and mountain tops - meaning their highest points - it is when no sunlight is seen on the edges of buildings and mountain tops, and darkness approaches from the east. Fourth: The time for Maghrib prayer: begins from sunset until the disappearance of twilight, which is the redness according to Abu Yusuf and Muhammad as per the fatwa, and according to Abu Hanifa, twilight is the whiteness, which is a thin redness that does not delay much after the redness, just as the appearance of redness does not delay much after the whiteness at dawn; this is because Isha occurs in the pure night and does not enter as long as the whiteness remains, as it is a remnant of the day, and thus it exits with the appearance of the horizontal whiteness of dawn. Fifth: The time for Isha and Witr prayers: begins from the disappearance of twilight until the appearance of dawn, and Witr is not performed before Isha due to the obligation of order, not because the time for Witr has not entered.
