A woman whose husband had intercourse with her during the day in Ramadan while she was asleep, woke up and found herself having broken her fast, and her husband is not fasting. What is the ruling on her?

I had a fight with my husband during Ramadan and swore that I would not cook, but for the sake of my young children, I cooked. What do I need to do?
