Expiation for an Oath

Question
I had a fight with my husband during Ramadan and swore that I would not cook, but for the sake of my young children, I cooked. What do I need to do? How should the expiation for the oath be, is it food or clothing? I live in Saudi Arabia and my family is in Yemen, is it permissible to give the expiation for the oath to my parents and siblings?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You owe a expiation for your oath, and the expiation can be given in cash or in kind, and it is equivalent to feeding ten needy people. It is not permissible to give it to one's parents but it is permissible to give it to siblings, and God knows best.
