Coercing the Wife into Intercourse During Ramadan
A woman whose husband had intercourse with her during the day in Ramadan while she was asleep, woke up and found herself having broken her fast, and her husband is not fasting. What is the ruling on her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This act is forbidden for the husband; it is a great sin, and she must prevent him from doing it. If she is forced to do so, we ask God Almighty to forgive her, and God knows best.
