However, my husband takes all the money and tells me: You spend it on empty things. If you need something urgently, I will give you. I do not want to leave my money with him because I need things that I do not want my husband to know about. For example, I help my family, and I feel that everyone is in need, and I cannot always ask him and get his permission. Am I being disobedient if I insist on taking my rights and putting them in my personal account?

The husband promised that he would not hit or insult his wife, nor would he smoke or drink alcohol, and if he did, the marriage contract would automatically dissolve. Then the husband did all these things; has the divorce occurred?
