The Ruling of the Intermediary to Get Rid of Usury

Question
A man works for a company for a salary, and he receives an additional fee for using his car in the company. The company asked him to buy a newer car to suit his work, and the change would be through a usurious loan from the bank. One of them suggested that he make a contract between him and the company, and a contract between the company and the bank; that the company would buy the car in its name, and this man would pay the installments to the company in exchange for a deduction from his salary. After three years, the ownership of the car would transfer to this man upon completing the payment of the installments. Is this trick permissible or forbidden?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the company wants to do that for him, the sin is on the owners of the company, and there is no sin on him. If he can rely on an Islamic bank, that is better, or if he can borrow and repay, that is preferable. And God knows best.
