Who Vowed to Pray at a Disliked Time
What is the ruling on someone who vowed to pray at a time when prayer is disliked?
Answer
I say, with God's success: It is permissible for him to perform it at that time, but it is better to perform it at another time. See: Tabyeen al-Haqa'iq 1: 86, and God knows best.
