What is the authenticity of this statement? The benefits of menstruation for women. Praise be to Allah, for He created me a woman; read and benefit like the female companions. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'When a woman bathes after her menstruation and prays two rak'ahs, reciting the Opening of the Book and Surah Al-Ikhlas three times in each rak'ah: 1- Allah forgives all her sins, both minor and major. 2- No sin is recorded against her until her next menstruation. 3- She is granted the reward of 60 martyrs. 4- A city is built for her in Paradise. 5- For every hair on her head, she is given light. 6- If she dies before her next menstruation, she dies as a martyr.' Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: 'There is no woman who menstruates except that her menstruation is an expiation for her sins, and if she says during her menstruation, 'Praise be to Allah in every situation, and I seek Your forgiveness for every sin': 1- She is granted a certificate of freedom from the Fire. 2- And safety from punishment. Also, it has been mentioned that a menstruating woman who seeks forgiveness 70 times at each prayer: 3- She is credited with a thousand rak'ahs. 4- And 70 sins are erased from her. 5- A city is built for her in Paradise for every hair on her body. Do not be selfish and just read this... Send it so others can benefit and you can benefit... This is especially for women. Do you know why it is obligatory for you to spread it? Because whoever knows a religious matter and does not spread it will have a bridle of fire placed on them on the Day of Resurrection. I hope to spread it to a larger number of women.
