Prayer for Non-Muslims

Question
Are there any prayers that are prohibited regarding non-Muslims? I read that it is not permissible to pray for their longevity except with the intention of their conversion to Islam. Is it permissible to pray for other worldly matters, such as their health returning, or for them to succeed in an exam, or to have an enjoyable holiday? Does saying 'I wish you a speedy recovery' count as a prayer?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: Wishing well for non-Muslims is not prohibited, but the problem arises when a disbeliever holds a place in the heart due to their disbelief, causing the heart to lean towards them because of their disbelief, thus depriving the Muslim of tasting the sweetness of Islam. Therefore, praying for a disbeliever's longevity is permissible only if it benefits Muslims through their conversion to Islam or similar reasons. This indicates a love for good for the disbeliever without being affected by their disbelief. If this condition is met, it does not prevent praying for their healing, visiting them, and all acts of kindness towards them. And God knows best.
