I say, and with God's success: It is permissible; because the condition is the ownership for the poor, and it has been achieved whether it is one or more. Likewise, what is obligatory for a group can be given to one poor person; because the obligation is Zakat, so it is permissible to collect it and distribute it: like the Zakat of wealth.
