I say, with Allah's guidance: Ghusl is not required for partial insertion of the glans in the front or back, unless ejaculation occurs, in which case ghusl is required due to ejaculation. The ruling for inserting the equivalent of the glans from an amputated one is the same as inserting the glans. And Allah knows best.
