Can I give money from my Zakat to my adopted daughter; because when she was young there was no need for that, but now she needs it for her education and requirements?

I own a house that I built for my children, and my father wants me to give an apartment in it to my brother. I refuse, and he insists and insists, while I apologize, and my father gets angry with me. Knowing that this brother is separated but works, and I help him financially, do I have a sin for refusing my father's request?

I pay Zakat on my wealth, so is it permissible for me to give the girl from my Zakat? We have not neglected her, thank God, but I thought of giving her money and saving it to provide her with a good life, as she has no family or anything, so she won't need anyone in the future?

Is it permissible to give zakat to the stepmother while the father is still alive, and what is the ruling on giving zakat to the son if he is married and unable to work?

How can this statement be reconciled with the Imam's saying regarding the zakat on cattle: If it exceeds forty, zakat is due on the increase up to sixty according to Abu Hanifa... even though the shortfall is considered an exemption by him?
