Washing of One Who Anointed with Oil
What is the ruling on the ablution and washing of one who has anointed himself with oil on one of his body parts?

I say, and with God's help: If it is confirmed that water reaches the skin, then his ablution and washing are valid; otherwise, they are not. Refer to: رد المحتار 1: 104, وعمدة الرعاية 1: 78, and God knows best.
