Seeking Assistance from Others in Ablution

Soru
What is the ruling on someone who seeks assistance from others in their ablution?
Cevap
Answer:
I say, and with God's success: Seeking assistance is not disliked; for Osama ibn Zaid, may God be pleased with him, reported: "He was riding behind the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) when he poured out from Arafat. When he reached the valley, he dismounted his mount, then went to relieve himself. When he returned, I poured water on him from the water container, and he performed ablution, then mounted again and came to Muzdalifah where he combined the Maghrib and Isha prayers." This is in Sahih Muslim 2: 936. See: Tabyin al-Haqaiq 1: 6-7, Majma' al-Anhar 1: 16, and Bada'i' al-Sanai' 1: 23-24, and God knows best.
