It is permissible provided that one does not engage in anything that is not of the same nature as prayer between the intention and the prohibition: such as talking, eating, and drinking; because it is a condition that the intention coincides with the prohibition without any interruption between them by an unrelated action that prevents continuity: like eating, drinking, talking, and the like.
