Delivering Water to the Private Parts
What is the ruling for someone who performed Ghusl (ritual washing) but did not deliver water to their private parts?
Cevap
I say, and with God's help: It is not sufficient; she must wash her external private parts, as it is like the mouth and must be purified. Washing her private parts is enough for her, and there is no need for her to repeat the wash. Refer to: Tabyin al-Haqaiq 1: 14, and Majma' al-Anhar 1: 22, and God knows best.
