Bringing Water to the Navel
What is the ruling for someone who has bathed but did not bring water to their navel?
Cevap
I say, and with God's success: It is not sufficient; the navel must be washed in the ritual washing, and washing the navel is enough for him, and he does not have to repeat the washing. See: Sharh Al-Wiqayah, p. 91-92, and God knows best.
