Are Shiites infidels, especially in Iran?

I took a loan from the Agricultural Lending Institution without interest, and I paid off my debts and not for an agricultural project. Is this haram?

Is it permissible to pray for the deceased by name, for example: my aunt, my uncle, or my grandfather, while mentioning the name?
