Zakat on the Wealth of One Who Cannot Manage Their Own Money

Question
If I own money but I keep it in trust with my relatives, and they only give me a salary from it, and if I want an increase, they give it to me but with difficulty, claiming that I should not spend more as the money is not enough for the rest of my life, knowing that I am mentally ill. They consider themselves as my guardians. Is there Zakat on my money? Since I do not have the freedom to manage my money, which amounts to 50 million, and there are some people who give me money as Zakat considering I am sick, and they do not know that I own money?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You must pay zakat; because you are of sound mind, and it is not permissible for you to take zakat from others; because you are wealthy and possess the nisab, and God knows best.
