Zakat on Oil in Case of Including a Part of It
If the owner of the oil has included the vineyard on a third, meaning the owner of the property takes two-thirds and the included party takes one-third, does the owner of the property pay zakat on the entire production or just on the two-thirds?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Each partner pays zakat on their share; because this is the usual practice, and God knows best.
