Zakat on Money Profit
A person owns ten thousand dinars that have completed a year, and he made a profit of one thousand dinars from it. Is the zakat on ten thousand or on eleven thousand?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Zakat is due on all the wealth along with its profit, that is on eleven thousand. God knows best.
