Zakat on Land Not Prepared for Trade
A piece of land left for construction and not for trade, is there Zakat on it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Zakat is only obligatory on land prepared for trade, and this is not the case, so zakat is not obligatory on it, and God knows best.
