Zakat on Inherited Wealth Before Division

Question
A young man inherited a house from his father along with his siblings, and this house is very valuable but has not been sold yet due to the recession. The young man only owns his share of this house and the house he lives in. Is zakat obligatory on him? Note that his share of the inherited house is more than 100 grams of gold.
Answer
I say, and with God's help: There is no zakat on inherited property unless it is gold, silver, or cash, due to the absence of the condition for the obligation of zakat on goods; therefore, there is no zakat on it, and God knows best.
