How is the zakat on gold calculated if it is studded with diamonds? Is the total weight of the piece considered, or is it calculated based on pure gold? As for the zakat on silver, I have a complete set of silver spoons and forks. Is zakat obligatory on them, knowing that if I offer them for sale, they do not fetch any price at all, and using them for eating is forbidden?
