Wiping the Head for Ablution with Henna on It
I wanted to dye my hair and apply herbs and medicines as a treatment for the hair, and it should stay on the hair for a full day. Is it permissible for me to pray in it, and if I want to perform ablution, is it permissible to wipe my head while it has henna on it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If water reaches the hair of the head, it does not invalidate the validity of ablution while it is on the head, so the ablution is valid and the prayer is valid, and God knows best.
