Is it permissible to wipe a part of the ear, and what does comprehensiveness mean?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Wiping the ear is a Sunnah and not an obligation. It is sufficient to wipe part of the ear, and to cover it means to reach all of it from the inside and outside, and God knows best.
