Winning a Car or Money from a Bank
What is the ruling on a person winning a car from the bank or an amount of money?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If it is an Islamic bank, its prizes of cars and money are permissible, and if it is a usurious bank, they are not permissible; because it is impure money, and God knows best.
