Whoever Neglects the Tawaf of Ifadah Out of Ignorance of Its Obligation
If a person travels for Hajj in a state of Tamattu‘, performs Umrah, and then enters the rituals of Hajj, but does not perform the Tawaf of Ifadah thinking it is a Sunnah or an obligation and not a pillar, what should he do?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: He remains in a state of Ihram concerning women until he performs the Tawaf, and Allah knows best.
