Whoever intends to fast and says: I will fast tomorrow, if God wills

Question
What is the ruling for someone who intends to fast and says: I will fast tomorrow, if God wills?
Answer

If he intends to fast and says: I will fast tomorrow, God willing, the intention is not invalidated by the will; because he aims for assistance and seeking success, not a true exception, as mentioned in Al-Hadiyah Al-Alaiyah p. 156, and Al-Talimat Al-Mardiyah p. 156.
