What is the ruling for someone who enters into Ihram for Hajj and intends it as a vow for a vowed Hajj that he has vowed and has not performed the obligatory Hajj?
Answer
His pilgrimage counts for what he intended, even if he did not perform the obligatory Hajj. See: Al-Maslak Al-Mutqasit, p. 120.
