Whoever enters into Ihram and does not pray the two Rak'ahs of Ihram
What is the ruling for someone who enters into Ihram and does not pray the two Rak'ahs of Ihram?
Answer
If one enters into ihram without prayer, it is permissible but disliked. See: Al-Labab and Al-Maslak, pp. 101-102.
