Whoever enters into Ihram ambiguously first and intends to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then enters into Ihram a second time ambiguously
What is the ruling for someone who first entered into Ihram ambiguously and intended to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then entered into Ihram a second time ambiguously?
Answer
If he is a Muhrim, he must perform both Hajj and Umrah. See: Lubab al-Manasik p. 119.
