Whoever enters into Ihram ambiguously and intends to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then enters into Ihram a second time for Umrah
What is the ruling for someone who entered into Ihram ambiguously and intended to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then entered into Ihram a second time for Umrah?
Answer
He must perform one Hajj and one Umrah, for the first Ihram is for Hajj, and the second Ihram is for Umrah. See: Lubab al-Manasik, p. 119.
