Whoever enters into Ihram ambiguously and intends to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then enters into Ihram a second time for Hajj.
What is the ruling for someone who entered into Ihram ambiguously and intended to enter into Ihram without specifying Hajj or Umrah, then entered into Ihram a second time for Hajj?
Answer
He must perform a Hajj and Umrah, with the first Ihram for Umrah and the second for Hajj. See: Lubab al-Manasik p. 119.
