Whoever Eats Forgetfully in Ramadan
After the Fajr call to prayer, she drank juice unconsciously and did not remember that she had drunk until she was reminded of it. What is the ruling on her fasting?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: What I understood from you is that she had forgotten, and the one who forgets their fast has a valid fast, and there is no expiation upon them, and God knows best.
