Who finds fasting difficult
What is the ruling on a person who fasts, prays, and performs night prayers, but during fasting becomes irritable, curses, insults, and creates problems, and cannot control himself, yet calms down after breaking the fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is not considered an excuse for breaking the fast, and he must strive hard to improve his morals, and God knows best.
