Who Broke Their Fast by Mistake
A person performed ablution, and during the ablution, water accidentally went down their throat without their intention. Did this invalidate their fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: His fast is invalidated due to the mistake. If it is Ramadan fasting, he must abstain out of respect for the month, and he must make up for it because he broke his fast. And God knows best.
