What Results from Marriage Without a Guardian
If a girl marries a suitable partner, with a dowry of equal value or a specified amount, without the permission of her guardian, is it possible that Allah will not bless their marriage because she married without her guardian's approval?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The fatwa states that the contract is not valid for the girl without a guardian, so it must be renewed with the guardian for it to be valid, and God knows best.
