I often find pre-seminal fluid on my underwear after I wake up, and I know it is pre-seminal fluid exactly because the trace of semen is clear and not like pre-seminal fluid. Do I have to perform a full wash every day? Or is it permissible for me to adhere to the opinion of Imam Abu Yusuf in this matter? What are the conditions of his opinion?

Answer

I say, and with God's help: The original principle is that we act according to the statement of Abu Hanifa, so what you see as a discharge necessitates ablution. If there is evident hardship and clear necessity, it is possible to benefit from the statement of Abu Yusuf, and God knows best.
